Got it. Now all I have to figure out is why I haven't received email with my serial number. I got sales receipt when I made the purchase but no email since, thus no serial number.



I can install as the trial but this is kind of upsetting.

Can this get any worse - I'm on mac I order mac and the link is only for windows - this sucks big time.

Dorian, I got my email immediately. Perhaps a spam filter at your ISP has intercepted yours?

Just confirming, the file I downloaded from my purchase link appears to be exactly the same as the trial version. At least, it's exactly the same size with the same filename.



There is also an option to download a sample image used with the getting started guide.

Should also have the same build number 308266! Next to Version 1.0 in about!

I got an email on 1/29 when I made the purchase, but there is only an order number not a serial number. When I go to Adobe store I still see pending as the status on Lightroom. no other Adobe email of any kind has been filtered out so, I don't think that is the problem. But thanks for the answer.

Nope not blind. There is no serial number on the sales receipt.

The store purchases site still says pending so I can't download from there and the only way I can get a serial number from there is to have already downloaded through that link.

none here either and i order Saturday.

Just download the trial. You'll have 30 days to figure out the serial number thing, and I bet it won't take close to that long.

If you have not received your serial number you should first check their spam filtering.



PS, I got my serial number in an email well before being able to download.

I have received no emails saying my download is ready. When I click the link that came with my original order confirmation email it shows my paid account but there is nothing in the download column. I am working on Windows XP (as if that made any difference). Maybe by morning I will get what I paid for.

Download the demo/trial till it comes!

Although I ordered a mac version I can only download a windows version. What a mess. Where can I download a trial version. I have a serial number. Help.

I have gone to the link above 4 times now! It's not there!!! It lists all of Adobe's trial down loads but not Lightroom or Photoshop Lightroom. Also for the past 2 hours the Adobe Store is closed for maintince.

It's there for me.

Thanks for the help! I guess looking at this darn computer screen for the past 14 hours has taken it's toll! I didn't realize they wanted more info, I was just going to the Adobe download area over on the right.
