Exporting photos to print by 3rd party

Up to now I've PS Elements and its easy to crop to a 4x6 and then burn these to a disk to take to my photodeveloper (Costco). Can I do the same in LR ? LR printing appears geared to those having a printer - but what about those wanting someone else to do the printing ? Thanks

Sure, just export them. If you wish, you can constrain them on export but you don't have to.

I wonder how you would batch save images to take to a printer that have the stroked border with white margin space around that. I see how I can save the batch of print ready image as one PDF file but I wonder if there is a way to save each individual image as it's own jpeg file that contains the stroked border and white margin space all around. Any ideas? Thanks.

Not possible within LR by itself, but I currently do so as a batch exporting from LR and then dropping in LR export folder where a Droplet is located and is linked to a CS2 Action that does that for me. I use a black border with a white keyline.
