How can you set what particular metadata fields are displayed on the web page enlarged view?

right hand panel in the web module, image settings - title and caption look for the small triangles on the right.
Not specific to large view.

Is there any way to put in line breaks, centering and other very basic layout settings or does everything have to be on one wrapping line?
I'd like to be able to put in the metadata in a bulleted list form rather than on a single line. is this possible?
