Any News about LR 1.1 update?

I am wondering if there has been any recent news about the release of the LR 1.1 update? What updates/fixes are going to be included, time frame, etc.

It is only a rumour at this point,,,,,,,

If this product is manged like other Adobe product -- it would be against company policy to comment on or feed such speculation. It'll happen -- when it happens. This is a relatively new product and I think it's safe to say that Adobe has a team working on identifying and addressing the most significant issues brought up in these forums.

FWIW, LR has already sold me, feature wise, on it's value. I especially love the ability to stamp keywords into the metadata by using a stamp on the photos -- just briliant. However, production wise, it's going to take several iterations of improvement --perhaps V2.0 -- before it's robust enough to be integrated into a commercial workflow. These days that's normal for most commercial grade software.

The first time you will hear any news about LR 1.x will be when it's officially announced.

I'm sure, here are people who know more, but they aren't allowed to talk about.

Well, I'll confirm that part. But you already knew that! ;-)

I am guessing that this update could happen quite soon. At the end of the month LR becomes $100 more expensive so this may be a suitable point to introduce an upgraded version (?).

Just hopeful speculation of course!
