How do you delete multiple files?

How do you delete multiple files? Sorry, this must be obvious, but I cannot figure it out and searching turns up nothing relevant.



Lightroom Trial version

Windows XP Pro



I'm just trying to delete a bunch of photos at once. I've selected them and tried every method I know (ctrl+backspace, DEL key, stack them then try).



Please help. thanks
How do you delete multiple files?
Where are you doing this? It don't work in the FIlmstrip, just in Grid mode and in Folders/All Photographs/Previous Import or any of the ones near those two, except Quick Collection (where it only gets removed from the collection).

Doh, I was trying to delete a batch in Filmstrip. It worked in Grid. thanks!

when using web flash gallery, I know this will seem like a stupid question but it generates three folders with the images in them do I have to upload all three to the server?
