poor quality exported pictures on any...

i've an issue when exporting my 10 mp jpg to any format (this is not a jpg export issue, exporting to dng and tiff is bad too...)

when exporting any pics taken with my canon g7, the result is strange. There is an echo on each picture (this issue is present with or without tweaking the picture).i always export and reduce pictures to 800x600 max. I think it is a lightroom issue because exporting the same picture with psp 4.12(!) don't do this, but looks less sharpen. Is there an optimisation always ''on'' with lightroom exporting module?

I'm very disapointed about this issue. I'm still using psp to export my pics...
