I have 2 aching issues with this program. 1st, it loses file during importing. 2nd, and now the most annoying it tells me it can open a file to be edited in photoshop. I've included screenshots of these below.

Unable to prepare selected file in...
1. try reimporting the files, this issue is being looked at.
2. is this one of your missing files? Try locating it from within its folder and see if it has a ? If so relocate the image. It could be off line, I get this type of message when an image is off line such as external drive not hooked up or a CD/DVD.
