No Photo Found

I am unable to import files from my Canon 30D or from CF card. All I get is NO Photo Found. I am able to import from camera or card in other apps. I am shooting in RAW

There are known issues with Canon CF downloads. Only thing to do for now is copy to the hard drive or use a card reader to import.

I tried a card reader and its the same.

Platform? IAE, download from CF card to desktop, then import.
