ID Plate Returns to Default

I have set a custom ID Plate, but on occasion it returns to the default Adobe Plate.

Any ideas how to stop this?

Thanks,

AFAIK custom ID plate definition is saved in current LR database. Do you have more than one database?

Can you give me the file foratio to look for. I do have a number of databases, so your tip of my custom ID plates was right on.

Now what I wish to do is transfer the ID Plates to each database.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi Tom,

AFAIK there's no ''auto'' way to accomplish that... for every database ID plate must be defined manually.

I really can't imagine why having more than max 3 databases, for example: private, bussiness and temp_test. But it's your workflow, though.

Bogdan

What I was wondering was if there is a specific file that contains the custom setting or is it buried in the database?

AFAIK means what?

Thanks,

Tom

And For All I Know :-)

Or 'As far as I know.' No, you have to hunt it out and install on each library. The Id Plates are conveted to TPIs and stored as part of the Library dB if saved. You can save more than one in Slideshow/Print and ID Plate for various occasions.
