How does SEARCH work?

Simple question (hopefully): How do I find all images, for example, that have a 3 star rating AND in Collection ''A''? Would further like to add a keyword to the search. Is this possible?



All I can figure out how to do at this point is to ''filter'' by a single criteria such as rating, OR keyword OR Collection. I don't even see how to filter images by multiple keywords.

Press 'T' for toolbar, use dropdown at right end of bar to show ratings, flags and color labels. Use to set. Make sure Filmstrip is showing, click more than one type in %26gt;%26gt;Filter of Filmstrip bar while highlighting Collection(s) you can muti-select Collections and Keywords with ctl/Cmd click and use Find all together.

Thanks for the input, but I guess I be better off waiting for v1 as none of this works for me. As I mentioned in an earlier post, labels don't even appear where I see them in any of the other demos I've watched. I also cannot ctl/Cmd click multiple items.



I hate to have to ask what must be very basic questions but with no Help system or manual (there's a manual??)...

No waiting required, as the 30 day trial is available immediately, and it includes a 122 page manual and help system.

Not to mention the functionality that Don mentioned!

Because I assumed (apparently mistakenly) that such very basic functionality was similar. More to the point I'm in the midst of a back/forth with several partners (who don't do forums) that are on the fence between iView (aka Expression Media).



Judging by the informative and _quick_ responses I've received here, it seems there are many in attendance that are more informed as to what releases are up there and where. Don't you people ever sleep?! [g]



I have already purchased Lightroom and have checked the download off and on but have been getting the message:
