RSP to Lightroom

Would love to get my 'free' copy of LR as I am a registered RSP user but so far I have been unable to find out anything...no email; contact cust service (an Adobe oxymoron!)to be told to wait for the email (now 2 months overdue). Would any of you who have said in previous posts that you were given a link tell the remainder of us what the frick it is????? (unless each link is specific to each user)
